* Fiance visa is granted for 6 months and allows multiple entries. It can be switched to a Spouse visa in the UK. Spouse visa allows to stay in the country for 2,5 years and can be extended for another 2,5 years with further opportunity to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.

- completed, printed and signed application form;
- invitation from sponsor from the UK;
- confirmation of inviter's immigration status in the UK;
- confirmation of arrangements, made for marriage, or marriage certificate
- confirmation of sponsor's financial situation;
- confirmation of adequate accommodation in the UK
- appointment confirmation at the visa application center;
- Consulate fee payment confirmation.
